Cancellation or Reschedule Policy:

• Sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to our scheduled session time, and up to 12 for an emergency.
• "Life" happens. Please let me know as soon as something comes up so we can work together to find another time.
• There are no refunds available for booked sessions, UNLESS I am not able to be there. If that happens, I will reach out to you 24 hours before and offer to reschedule. If we cannot find a time that works for both of us, you will be offered a refund, in the event that I am not able to attend.
• If you are 15 minutes or more late, that will count as a no-show and will count as a forfeiture of session fee. This will not be rescheduled or refunded.
• Not showing up to our session will count as a forfeiture of session fee and will not be rescheduled or refunded.
