Spring Detox - Time of Renewal
This workshop will be broken down into 2 parts. The first 45 minutes will consist of a detox practice containing twists and binds to help the body naturally eliminate toxins and release what it no longer needs. In the second half of the workshop, you will learn about safe ways to supplement your detox journey and receive guidance on supported cleanses and ways to change your diet to kickstart a healthier lifestyle.
