Balance with Blocks
The fear of falling out of an arm balance pose is what keeps many of us from ever taking our feet off the ground. Learning how to use blocks to support our bodies is a great way to decrease and even eliminate that fear and learn how to take flight. In this workshop we will be exploring Bakasana (crow), Parsva Bakasana (side crow) as well as Eka Pada Koundinyasana I and Eka Pada Galavasana (flying pigeon) and using blocks to make these poses easier for takeoff.
