If you have ever taken a vinyasa class or tried an Ashtanga yoga class then you know that jumping forward and back on your mat is no easy task. It requires a certain amount of strength as well as a little coordination and a lot of patience. This workshop is designed to help give you the tools to practice the art of jumping forward and back from both a standing position and from seated. You will be shown the progressive steps to take you from imagining how to lift the body to actually taking flight.
