Our postnatal yoga class is a great way to rest, rejuvenate and inspire. Our intention is to mindfully help women strengthen their back, abdominal and pelvic floor muscles and help release tension in the shoulders and neck muscles, decreasing stress and promoting inner-calmness through breathwork, gentle movement and mediation. Recommended for women at least 6 to 8 weeks postpartum.
