~SECURING YOUR APPOINTMENT:

* You must enter a valid debit or credit card to book your appointment.

* There is a $25 NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE deposit required and due at time of booking for ALL appointments and does go toward your final service price!

* PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMAIL and/or TEXT AFTER BOOKING APPOINTMENT FOR CONFIRMATION DETAILS.

~ IMPORTANT CLIENT INFO:

* I do not service children under 8!! NO EXCEPTIONS...kids styles are ages 8-12 years old.

* Type of service CANNOT be changed on day of service.

* Please bring any hair jewelry you wish to have installed in hair once service is complete.

* Hair must be 4 inches or longer for any braid or twist service (If unsure of length, please schedule a consultation before booking).

~ LATE POLICY/CANCELLATIONS:

* There is a 10 minute grace period for being late to appointments, after 10 minutes the appointment will be cancelled, deposit forfeited and cancellation fee will be charged!!! (Cancellation fee is half of what your service price would have been).

* PLEASE understand that any NO CALL/NO SHOWS will result in client being charged 100% of remaining service cost.

* PLEASE read description of service before booking to avoid any cancellations or changes.

* If you need to reschedule or cancel please do so within 24 hours of your appointment (clients are allowed only one reschedule with paid deposit ).
