Heather Felty, Inner Peace Press, starts the evening by guiding you on a soulful meditation, a series of OMs, and a short instruction on a Kirtan (call and response) of classical Indian melodies with her harmonium.
Nichole Cerrillo of Resilient Spark Yoga enchants you to relax completely through a guided Yoga Nidra meditation followed by her 7 chakra crystal singing bowls.
