PLEASE READ :
• We require a deposit to book appointments. You are able to pay your deposit once you are done scheduling. Your deposit goes toward your service. The final payment can be paid via Cash, Debit/Credit Card, Apple Pay, Cash App.
• We DO NOT work over outside techs work. If you are scheduling a fill in and did not get your current set done with us we will cancel your appt and refund the deposit to you. Please schedule a soak off and full set for your first visit if you have nails on we didn’t initially do.
• We do have a 15 minute grace period for being late. We cannot service you after 15 minutes and if you paid a deposit it is forfeited. We value time at our establishment and we want every client to receive their full appointment time.
• WALK INS ARE NOT ACCEPTED DUE TO COVID 19 REGULATIONS : APPOINTMENTS ARE HONORED.
• All cancellations require a 24 hour notice. Any cancellation after 24 hours your deposit is forfeited.
• Cancellation fee of $25 will be automatically charged for no call/no shows. And you will be required to pay a deposit to reschedule your appointment.
• We are an adult ONLY establishment. We’re sorry but we do not service children or allow children at our establishment. We serve adult beverages and our nail bar is your “me time”.
• We have a waiting area that will allow 1 guest to accompany you to your appointment.
• Each client is required to fill out a client card at their first appointment for health history, salon updates, specials & new info for services at our location.
• NO REFUNDS - We pride ourselves on great work and excellent customer service. We will gladly fix any issues during your appointment.
• Break A Nail : We do a free repair within (3) business days of each appointment. After the 3rd business day the nail repair will be $5.
