Northern Aura Monthly Membership, Package and Gift Certificate: Terms & Conditions

Northern Aura Membership dues will occur monthly on the 1st of the month, every month unless 30 days written cancellation has been provided.

Northern Aura Monthly Membership dues require a minimum of a 12 month membership commitment. The credit card on file used at the time of booking the first Northern Aura Membership treatment will be charged for monthly dues unless 30 day written cancellation notice has been provided and received via email.

Rollovers and Shared Membership: Not allowed. What is not used month to month CANNOT be carried forward.

Packages and Gift Certificates expire 1 Year from purchase date and Monthly Membership cannot be redeemed for package or Gift Certificate Purchases.

Package treatments need to be booked within 30 days of the package purchase and expire 1 year after purchase if not used.

Membership cannot be redeemed for Sauna Experiences, Chemical Peel Packages or Product Purchases.
