The Wild Spirit Massage & Wellness Studio is a space where you can nourish and support yourself with Massage, Sound Healing, Sound Meditation Experiences and Reiki as well as Life and Wellness Coaching services.

The Wild Spirit was created with the intention to support people seeking a holistic approach to wellness, offerings blend modern and ancient healing modalities to meet client needs for holistic wellness, relaxation, rejuvenation and mobility.

Services are delivered by professionally trained, trauma informed, licensed and insured body workers and practitioners.

The Wild Spirit Massage & Wellness Studio is located in Mission B.C. Canada. and is inclusive to LGBTQ2S & BIPOC, people who experience ADHD and Autism.

Deep Tissue Massage is ideal for working with tension and adhesions (knots) that are disruptive to mobility, flexibility and comfort. This style of massage incorporates deep, slow strokes using firm to deep pressure using hands, forearms to target the body's musculoskeletal system. Reiki is an ancient healing modality that supports clients to somatically process energy, emotions or experiences. Reiki is shared with the receiver by placing hands on or above the body's energy centers (chakras / glands) or bio field.
