*Class sizes are limited therefore each student must signed up online prior to class unless it is their first FREE class.

*STEPS FOR CLASS SIGN UP-

1. Read the class descriptions and find one suitable for your child. If you need more information before signing up please contact us. Our classes are flexible in terms of meetings the needs of the children. If your child does not meet the "age requirement" for the class but would like to try a different one and/or remain with a sibling please let us know!

2. Decide on "Single Class" purchase or "Class Savings Package"

3. If you decide upon a "Class Savings Package" Click on the RED LINK located on this page!

4. If you choose a "single class purchase" remain on this page and click the class. You will then be able to choose from the available days the class is offered.

Mixed Ages Class (Ages 2ish-9) MONDAY 1:30-2:30PM

1 hour @ $12.00

BIG yoga & art fun for mixed yogis! Join us for an interactive yoga story! Each yoga session includes a craft/activity coordinating with the story! Mats are available to borrow and sanitized after each use. Please check your child for sick symptoms and if any are detected have them stay home to rest! If your child is exposed to anyone with COVID please have them stay home for 7 days. Thank you so much for helping to keep all of our yogis healthy!

Parent/Child Mixed Ages Class (6 months-2 years)- Wednesday 9:30-10:15AM

45 minutes @ $12.00

This fun loving parent/child class will incorporate books, nursery rhymes & songs to help introduce yoga to your little one! Each yoga session includes a craft/activity coordinating with the story! Mats are available to borrow and sanitized after each use. Please check your child for sick symptoms and if any are detected have them stay home to rest! Thank you so much for helping to keep all of our yogis healthy!

Middles Polar Express Art & Yoga Camp (ages 7-13)

3 hours @ $30.00

Join us for a Polar Express themed camp planned specifically for the older yogis!! Ages 7-13 years! Pajamas strongly encouraged!!! Camps are monetarily non-refundable. If a student cannot attend they will be credited for a future camp or classes :)

Snow Much Fun Camp 12/28/22 (ages 3-10) FULL DAY- 9:30AM-3:30PM

A fun filled “snow” themed camp with yoga, crafts, snacks, & fun filled free play! Camps are monetarily non refundable. If a student cannot attend future camp or class credit will be offered :)

If your child is between 2-3 years old please plan to stay for as many classes as they need to adjust to the class! Thank you :-)

Our Balanced Minds & Bodies class is most appropriate for ages 7-13. This class will focus on beginning yoga practices with an emphasis on developing self-awareness, breathing exercises, and other strategies to help balance the mind & body! For more information please contact us!
