We would like to thank you for showing interest in booking with DynastyLuxeLounge. Please ensure that you read ALL information thoroughly prior to booking.
I am a hairstylist based in Portsmouth (during uni) & Dartford, Kent (during the holidays). I provide ALL HAIR SERVICES.
Appointments will be released on the 25th of each month @ 8PM.
PLEASE NOTE THAT NO PLUS ONES WILL BE ALLOWED AT THE APPOINTMENTS. EXCEPTIONS CAN BE MADE DETERMINING ON THE CIRCUMSTANCE (INFANTS/CHILDREN).
A MASK MUST ME WORN AT ALL TIMES AND HANDS MUST BE WASHED OR SANATIZED BEFORE ENTRY.
Please note that there is Compulsory Deposit fee per Booking. A £20 deposit is required and this fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. The remaining balance MUST be Paid by CASH or BANK TRANSFER on the day of the appointment.
- ANY CANCELLATIONS made by you will result in deposit & colour service (if hair has already been coloured by me or the dye has already been brought) paid for to be NON- REFUNDABLE. (This is for all hair & colouring services)
- In order to book you would need to include your full appointment details (Full name,hair style/parting method,skin tone& wig cap size) Important!
- Hair must be sent 4-5 days prior appointment as I do not take hair or make wigs on the day of your appointment.
- For dying services, hair must be sent a week in advance. Hair received anytime after will result in a £15 charge.
- I will not be doing any revamps or frontal replacement if the wig was not made by me.
- NO plus ones allowed as I based in a home.
WHEN PURCHASING A FRONTAL/CLOSURE
- Low density 120%-150% (will except 180%)
- The thinner the lace the better the melt
- ONLY accept Pre plucked hairline.I WILL NOT accept a hairline that is not pre plucked.
Make sure you buy the correct colour of lace. I will not work with dense lace, lace that is darker than your skin OR lace that has been badly stained.
CORRECT COLOUR OF LACE
White = Transparent lace
Light/light brown/Tan= Transparent or light Brown Lace
Brown/Dark skinned = Medium Brown or regular lace

If you would like to use a different vendor that has not been listed that is calm.
- When sending your hair please put your FULL NAME and APPOINTMENT DATE is in the bag.
- I also will not be sending hair back you would need to come collect the hair when needed to. I will only send hair if client lives very far (postage money will be added to total bill ).
- I will need your hair 4 days before your appointment. Any later a £15 late fee will automatically be added to your balance.
- If you do not bring your hair within 3 days to your appointment, I will cancel your appointment.
- If you are 15-35 minutes late to your appointment a £25 - £30 late fee will be added to your balance. If you are any later than that then I am afraid I will cancel your appointment.
- If you plan to reschedule your appointment you would need to pay a £20 deposit again.
ISSUES & COMPLAINTS
-You will have a 48 hour period to express any issues or concerns you may have about the service in which I would be happy to help. However anything after that period is not my responsibility nor will I be liable and it may incur an extra fee.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- All pictures taken during service will be posted on my hair page, my social media and other hair related projects.
- If you do not want your picture taken please let me know prior to appointment.
