This is your introduction to Barefoot Massage. A deeper pressure FEET on session. This treatment will address the entire body. 

This is the recommended Barefoot session. A deeper pressure FEET on session that may include stretching and Range of motion work. This session allows for detail work on a few target areas and addresses the full body. Areas include feet, legs, hips, back, shoulders, arms, chest, head and neck.

This is the Ultimate Barefoot Massage session. A deeper pressure FEET on session that will include stretching and Range of motion work. This (2) hour session will address the entire body in detail and specific areas of concern the client may have. 

Range of Motion Barefoot session is for those looking for better flexibility and mobility. This ROM session is done on the massage table while staying fully clothed in loose yoga/flexible clothing. You will be guided through various stretches while I use my feet to apply compressions to your body. ROM is recommended for those individuals that are interested in the barefoot massage, but are 130 lbs. or less.
