COVID-19
Due to COVID-19 pandemic some of out policies have updated in order to keep our stylist and customers safe.Please carefully review the changes that have been adjusted for your safety
- Sanitization is done regularly before,after, and during all appointments.
- Please NO additional guests.
- We ask that you please reschedule your appointment if you are sick, have flu like symptoms, fever, cold, etc.
POLICIES
- When booking, a valid credit/debit card is REQUIRED! You cannot confirm your appointment without one
- We accept various forms of payment including all major debit/credit cards and CASH. We also accept payment through apps such as Square, Samsung pay, and Apple Pay.
- Please assume that when booking all crochet, braiding ,micro-link, weaving and ponytail services that you will be providing your own hair. Unless discussed prior to appointment.
- Extensions must be 100% Human Hair NO (synthetic ,mixed etc) Natural Hair must be past 4 inches for foundation braiding purposes.
- Please ensure your hair is properly detangled before arriving to your appointment. Failure to do so will result in an inconvenience fee of $25.
- If you contact us outside of our business hours. We will reach out to you during our business hours (10am-5pm Wednesday-Saturday)
