Before booking your fit, please read all of the information below, in particular the section on service charge when not buying shoes.
Virtual At Home Fit
This service is perfect for those that wish to stay at home, or are unable to come to store. Please DO NOT book in for this service, if you would then like to visit the store to try the shoes on. Instead, book in for the In Store Fit. This service is intended for those that wish to buy shoes from Run only.
If you would like to go ahead and book your FaceTime fit appointment then simply select 'Virtual At Home Fit', and enter your personal details. A member of staff will contact you via FaceTime or WhatsApp at your chosen time.
* You will need a tape measure or ruler.
Once your appointment is finished you will be able to go on our online store and purchase your shoes, which will be posted to you via our courier service.
In Store Gait Fit
This service is for those who feel comfortable visiting our Wood Street store. Simply book your appointment through the booking system below, selecting 'In Store Gait Fit', and enter your personal details.
We will be following strict guidelines regarding social distancing, so you can attend knowing you will have a safe space for your appointment. Please arrive alone or with another person from your household/support bubble, at the exact time of your appointment. Hand Sanitiser will be available for you to use when you arrive and leave. We will also be providing disposable socks for you to use on top of your own socks when trying on shoes.
Please note the In Store Gait Fit will be different to the service we offered before Covid-19, due to our team following strict social distancing guidelines.
If you are buying shoes from us on the day of your appointment, then the gait analysis is free of charge and all part of the service. However, if you just want to have the gait analysis and not buy shoes, a £30 fee will be charged at the end of your appointment. This can be redeemed off a pair of shoes, if purchased within 30 days of your appointment.
You will receive a text message reminder before your appointment
