01/04/2022 Customer reports of error: not being able to complete online booking due to payment not going through. We are having this urgently looked into. If your card is not being accepted it might be an issue of authentication with your card provider and we have been advised to ask you to contact your card provider directly. In the meantime, please get in touch with us on 01453 383051 and we can take your payment over the phone and manually create your booking. We apologise for any frustration or inconvenience caused and aim to have the issue resolved as soon as possible. Please note, this has only occurred with a small percentage of customers so you may still able to book online as normal.
