Join us online via ZOOM for this self-massage class. Designed for tight and sore people! We do a full body foam roller and also stretch and roll deep into your hips, hamstrings, calves, quads, pecs, chest and more. You'll want a mat or carpet, foam roller, tennis ball, long sock, dowel or broomstick, yoga strap/belt/or large towel, and a wall. If you don't have all the things that's okay! We'll make it all work. Recordings always available.
