DEPOSIT
There will be a non refundable deposit that will go toward your final payment, the remaining balance is due at time of service. I accept cash, cash app, Apple Pay, credit or debit. If you are more than 10 mins late your deposit will count as a late fee and full payment is due at arrival. Last minute cancellations will result in the loss of your deposit as well.
Sew-in/bundle services
Frontals/closures are required 2-3 days prior to appointment for customization. Same for color services. All bundles being reused must be washed and dry prior to your appointment. Do Not bring bundles cut up into pieces or you will be refused or have the option to buy new hair.
All services include wash except sew ins, prices remain the same even if you opt out of a wash.
Cancellations
Cancellations/ rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. You cannot book same day appointments on this site. Walk ins are no longer permitted at this time, to ensure proper sanitation between clients and New safety precautions due to Covid-19. No call/ No shows will be automatically banned from scheduling any future appointments.
