KITTY VISIT FEE: Your fee goes directly toward cat supplies and staffing and ensures the kitties have a comfortable and nourishing stay with us.
LOW ON CATS: Sometimes adoptions go so well that we run out of cats entirely! This is tough to anticipate, but when it does happen we will send an email to the address on file and offer a refund or assist with a reschedule.
CHILDREN: Kiddos age 7 and under are not allowed in the Kitty Lounge for safety reasons. Children ages 8-15 are welcome to visit during Group Kitty Dates but MUST be accompanied by an adult with a maximum of 2 children per adult. Children are not allowed to pick up the cats, but may play respectfully. The safety and comfort of the cats is our top priority so kids who are unable to follow the rules will be asked to leave.
*Please note* - Snuggle Sessions are for adults only (16+). We will NOT be able to offer refunds or reschedules for minors who show up for Snuggle Sessions.
ADOPTING: We have outlined the adoption process on our website. Make sure you read this before scheduling a visit if you are coming with the intention of adopting. We DO NOT do same-day adoptions. https://kittycantina.com/adopt/
REDEEMING COUPONS: Codes will not apply for multiple entries. Example: If you have a code for a free Snuggle Session you will need to sign up for a single spot while using the code. Then after, additional entrants can be signed up.
AVAILABILITY: There are less kitties coming to us in the winter and they get adopted very quickly! If there are no kitty visit options showing below, then we have not yet opened the calendar due to a lack of kitties.
