HAIR PREP: ALL clients must have their hair washed and blowdried/stretched. If your hair needs additional blow drying and isnt fully prepped when you arrive, the booking will automatically be canceled and you will be charged for 25% of the Total cost of the style + The deposit will not be returned. Please blowdry your hair straight, flat ironing isnt necessary. Please do not add any products to your hair after blowdrying.`(Moisturize/condition your hair prior to blowdrying)
HAIR MUST BE at least 4inches For Braiding Services!!!
ALL products used at your appointment are natural and chemical free, oh and BLACK OWNED!!!
Hair damage- Our Holistic Braiders are trained to protect your edges and not damage your hair. If your hair is damaged or you have thin edges, please let us know during booking in the Form section. Your braider will use the necessary protective/hair renewal products to make sure your hair is well nourished and moisturized under your braids! Theres a NO BRAIDING TIGHT policy and you will surely receive quality work!
CANCELLATION POLICY: NO REFUNDS. If you need to cancel or reschedule, the deposit will not be returned, but can be put towards the next scheduled date within 2 months of cancelation. If you cancel, the deposit can only be put towards rescheduling, if done within 48hrs of the booking date. If canceled after 48hrs, you will forfeit your deposit and will need to pay another deposit when booking again.
This policy is in place out of respect for our stylists. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are difficult to fill. By giving last minute notice or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule into that time slot.
LATE POLICY: To be courteous to your braider, if, for any reason, you are expecting to be late by 10 minutes or more, please call the business number (347-688-7668) or contact your braider directly. We do allow a 10-minute grace period. We understand life happens! However, If you're more than 10 minutes late (not to exceed 30mins) you will be charged a late fee of $15 (15mins) - $25 (up to 30mins) which will be added to your balance. Any lateness after 30 mins will automatically cancel your booking and you will be charged 50% of your total cost of service booked.
NO SHOW- If you do not show up to your appointment with notice, you will be charged 50% of the total cost of style and you will not be able to use your deposit towards a future booking! This amount will be automatically charged to your card on file!
PAYMENT: We DO NOT ACCEPT CASH. ALL Balances are paid through ZELLE. Please make sure you have the ZELLE app downloaded on your phone prior to your appointment. NEW***PANDEMIC SURCHARGE: Due to the Pandemic, a 25% surcharge fee will be added to your total cost of service! Why is this being added? Keeping you and our staff safe is our top priority, so we are taking the necessary protocols to do so! This means providing disposable supplies and extra sanitary supplies! This cost will reflect in your balance at the end of service. Thank you for your cooperation!
GUARANTEE SERVICES: We always want you to be 100% satisfied with your services. If you are not 100% satisfied we ask that you contact us within 5 days of your appointment so that we may schedule you to have your services corrected free of charge. Any issues reported longer than 5 days from the original appointment date will not immediately be considered a redo but will be assessed on a case by case basis.
GRATUITIES: Gratuity (tipping) is up to the discretion of each client. The industry average is $15%-20% of the service total prior to discounts or incentive offers. Our team greatly appreciates your generosity.
