Yoga Nidra translates to "yogic sleep". We'll begin with some gentle movement and then get settled into a cozy little nest of blankets and props for the remainder of the time. You will stay in your "nest" and be guided through breath awareness, visualizations, and relaxation. Yoga Nidra has many benefits.
