Yoga Nidra translates to "yogic sleep". We'll begin with some gentle movement and then get settled into a cozy little nest of blankets and props for the remainder of the time. You will stay in your "nest" and be guided through breath awareness, visualizations, and relaxation. Yoga Nidra has many benefits. A few to note are reducing stress, chronic pain, insomnia, depression, and anxiety.

Practice year round on a paddle board without getting in the water. The board is placed on small cushions to elevate the board a bit and create a slightly unsteady surface to simulate being on the water. Practicing in this way boosts confidence for the real deal!

The adventure starts with a hike through the woods (distances may vary- but will be approximately 1/2 mi). You will be carrying the paddle board in a back pack (weighing approximately 30 pounds) as you hike. When we make it to the lake, we'll unpack and inflate the boards. Consider it a pre-workout! Then we'll head out on the water for a paddle and then enjoy some yoga on the water. When we're done- we'll do that all in reverse! Paddle in, deflate and pack up the boards, hike back. This is a true adventure!
