Information to Know Before Booking All Appointments:
1. A $16, $27, or $52 retainer fee is required, but ONLY $15, $25 or $50 is applied towards services...the retainer does depends on the type of services that are being rendered. REMAINING BALANCE CAN BE PAID IN CASH OR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD AFTER SERVICES ARE RENDERED! ADDITIONAL FEES WILL BE INCLUDED WITH BALANCE WHEN USE OF PAYMENT IS WITH A CREDIT/DEBIT CARD, CASHAPP, GOOGLE PAY, OR ANY OTHER ELECTRONIC FORM OF PAYMENT.
2. Retainer fees are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances even if you should cancel your appointment. However, all appointments can be rescheduled 24 hours in advanced, but only one rescheduling allowed).
3. ALL SERVICES ARE RENDERED AT THE LOCATION OF CLIENT; THEREFORE, THERE IS A TRAVEL FEE THAT MUST BE SELECTED FOR ALL BOOKED APPOINTMENTS BASED ON CLIENT'S LOCATION.
4. Please text/call if your are going to be late, and I will send a courtesy text if I'm running late. If you are not at the given location within 15 minutes of your appointment, then your appointment will be cancelled and your card will be charged the full price of the appointment fee.
5. PLEASE LEAVE THE ADDRESS THAT SERVICES WILL BE RENDERED AT IN THE NOTE SECTION WHEN MAKING YOUR APPOINTMENT!
6. Emergency & after hours appointments are an additional $30 to your total cost of service, and $45 for non-working day appointments.
7. ALL CONSULTATIONS REQUIRE A FULL PAYMENT!
8. ALL NO CALL/NO SHOWS CARDS WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL PRICE OF THE REMAINING SERVICE(S) WITH THE CARD THAT IS ON FILE WITH THE APPOINTMENT!
