Before booking an appointment, please read and review the following information:
COVID-19 POLICY: Mask are required to enter salon and must be always worn. Failure to comply will result in cancellation of appointment.
OPERATION HOURS: Our hours of operation are Wednesday through Friday 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. EST and Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please be mindful that during operating times I am assisting clients and may not be available via phone call. Should you have any questions regarding your appointment, please feel free to write questions in the “Comment” section when booking and I will respond back to you as soon as I can.
METHOD OF PAYMENTS: We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as Zelle, Paypal and Venmo.
IMPORTANT NOTE: NOTE: 3% SERVICE CHARGE IS REQUIRED FOR ALL CREDIT/DEBIT TRANSACTIONS.
DEPOSITS: A $40.00 deposit is due a time of booking for services $40.00 and up and full amount is due for services $40.00 or less. All deposits are nonrefundable however, client is subject to transferring deposit to new appointment if new appointment was rescheduled within correct timeframe.
RESCHEDULING APPOINTMENT: The appointment confirmation email has a rescheduling link option should you need to reschedule. Please be aware that same day rescheduling is not allowed, and your deposit will not be refunded. For same day cancellations, deposits are non-refundable or transferable. A courtesy of 24 hours is needed to reschedule your appointment.
LATE POLICY: Clients are granted a 15-minute grace period before being considered late. After grace period, a $25.00 late fee is added to service. Should clients call and advise they are running late, late policy is still applied if it is past the 15-minute grace period. After 30 minutes, client appointment is subject to cancellation and appointment is no longer valid. Confirmation text messages are sent out 24 hours before scheduled appointment with salon address and additional details.
NO SHOW POLICY: No show appointments is subject to a service fee of 100% of their booking. Future appointments will not be allowed. Deposits are non-refundable or non-transferrable.
CONSULTATION: If you are unsure of what service your hair needs, you are required to book a consultation. Consultations are available via in person or over the phone. Same day consultation is not guaranteed. Should you call the salon phone and ask numerous questions regarding services, you will be directed to schedule a consultation on the website. Please be mindful that I operate on a booked schedule with time restrictions for every appointment and cannot best serve clients or properly answer questions when working on a client’s head.

MICROLINK CONSULTATION: All new clients are required to schedule a consultation for micro link services. Same day consultation w/install may not be available. If you have questions regarding micro link services, please click the link in bio to schedule consultation.
COLOR SERVICE CONSULTATION: All color services required a consultation before services can be rendered. A 50 % deposit is due after consultation to lock in color appointment. Clients are required to sign a waiver for all color services before service can be rendered.
SERVICE PRICES: All services prices are listed on my scheduling page however, prices may increase depending on length of hair, added services and texture of hair. Before starting service, we advise clients if they can expect a service price increase.
HAIR PREPARATION: Clients must come freshly washed & detangled unless wash is included in your service, or you add on a wash. Please do not put hair products on hair or you will be charged for a wash to remove products. Hair must be detangled, comb out, and out of previous style including braids, twist out etc. If your hair is tangled, you will be charged an additional fee to detangle hair.

NO EXTRA PEOPLE!!: Extra guests, including children are not allowed in the salon.
