Metropolis LIVE Group Classes are coached through Zoom, tackled together with other participants. They consist of constantly varied, functional strength & conditioning workouts at high-intensity that follow a CrossFit methodology. Most days (except Sat.) will require minimal equipment such as kettlebells and/or dumbbells.
