Prior to Booking an Appointment: In Minnesota a veterinarian referral is required prior to a new patient being seen by Dr. Claudia. Please have your Veterinarian fill out the referral form which can be found on our website before scheduling an appointment online.
24 hour notice is required for a cancellation, otherwise you will be charged the full price of the visit. For same day emergencies please call the office.
