Prices are determined by how many bathrooms and rooms we will be cleaning. All cleanings include 1 kitchen/dining room and 1 living room. All other rooms are to be billed as a room (sunrooms, bedrooms, offices, multiple kitchens, multiple living/family rooms, or furnished rooms above the garage). Please note, we work in teams cleaning diligently until your property is completed. If you are scheduling from outside Wilmington, standard mileage rates may apply.
