First things first, we are so happy you are here and so excited to meet you! Below are our regulations and policies. Policies:
We want to make sure that you and all other guests are provided with a quality experience which is both timely and professional. To ensure reliable and consistent services for all of our guests, please be aware of the following booking and appointment policies.
Age Policy: Clients must be at least 16 years or older to receive services. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult or have a signed consent form by their.
Booking Policy: A $25 non-refundable deposit will be required to hold all appointments. This will be counted toward your appointment. We strongly suggest pre-booking any follow up services before leaving to ensure you are able to get an appointment at the time and date needed. If you No Show or Late Cancel, your deposit will be forfeited. If we are unable to provide your service due to non-compliance of our appointment policies, it will also result in a forfeiture of your deposit. Please be aware that we do not require you to pay in full prior to your appointment, if you choose to do so and for any reason can not make the appointment (and give a 24 hour notice), we will issue a credit on the account, not a refund!
Late Policy: If you are running late to an appointment we ask that you call us to let us know, otherwise we will assume you will not be showing up and may release the appointment. If you are less than 15 minutes late we will try our best to complete your service in the time allotted. You will still be charged full price. If you are more than 15 minutes late we will try our best to accommodate you but reserve the right to reschedule and charge for your appointment if we are unable to. Please keep in mind we will always do our best to accommodate your session.
Cancellation Policy: We understand unforeseen events happen and you may need to cancel an appointment. We ask that you give us 24 hours notice so we can adjust our schedule to accommodate other clients and inform our service provider. In the event 24 hours notice is not given we reserve the right to charge 50% of your service cost.
Lash Fill Policy: (Shay, Shonia, Sky) DO NOT accept foreign fills, for lashes we will have to charge for a removal and a full set!
If more than 50% of your lashes are detached or grown out it will be considered a new full set of lashes.
2 Week Fills: No more than 30% loss of initial set
3/4 Week Fills: No more than 50% loss of initial set
5+ Week Fills: You will need a new full set of lashes. Even if you have lash retention, lashes need maintenance at least once a month to ensure your lashes are happy and healthy. We must remove lashes that are grown out.
Refund Policy: All services are non-refundable. If for any reason your service was not to your liking, please contact us within 48 hours so that we can adjust for free! This is a service we are proud to offer to keep our clients happy and satisfied!
If you have mascara on we have the right to refuse service (lash appointment). Mascara causes lashes to clump together and leaves behind a waxy substance that doesn't allow the glue to adhere. We have the right to charge 50% of your service if we can not fulfill your appointment due to makeup residue. Please do not show up to your appointment with mascara!
