First time waxing? Make sure you have not shaved a minimum of 2 weeks prior to your appointment. If your hair is too short, you will not be able to get waxed.

POLICY

SCHEDULING

• Services are by appointment only. For same day appointments, see above.
• Phone calls and texts will only be answered during business hours. We will do the best to respond quickly. All requests will be responded to within 24 business hours. The quickest way to schedule is via our online booking. Please keep in mind, there is no receptionist to answer calls when we are with clients.
• Rescheduling and cancellation policies will be strictly enforced for missed appointments. Please read rescheduling/cancellation policies for further details.

LATE GRACE PERIOD

• If you are 8 or more minutes late you will need to be rescheduled. We will do the best to accommodate if there is open spot, but it is not guaranteed.

RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATIONS

• We kindly request a minimum 4 hour notice for any missed appointment. Cancellations within four hours will be charged 50% of scheduled services.

NO CALL/NO SHOW

• If you are unsure of your ability to show up for your appointment, the best thing to do is let us know right away. Not calling or simply not showing up will result in no longer being able to pre-book future appointments. Day-of scheduling instead of pre-booked appointments may be a better option for you. No call/ No show appointments will be charged 100% of scheduled services. An invoice will be sent and must be paid prior to booking your next appointment.
