Please:
- Come alone to your appointment
- Reschedule if you; Have Flu like symptoms, Are waiting for COVID test results or Are supposed to be in Isolation.
Things to know before your appointment:
- Please keep in mind when choosing your appointment time for Brow Lamination, Brow Henna or a Lash Lift that you can’t wet the brows/lashes or get steam/sweat/makeup on them for 24 hours after your service.
- Makeup services need to be booked at least 24 hours after brow services
- I ask that you arrive to all appointments with no makeup or skincare in the treatment area for best results.
- You must wait at least 8 weeks and until there's no longer evidence on the hairs of the treatment before getting Brow Lamination or a Lash Lift re-done.
- You must wait 5 weeks before getting Brow Henna re-done.
PATCH TESTING
I recommend getting a patch test at least 72 hours prior to your appointment if its your first time getting Brow Henna, Tint or Lamination. Please note that an Allergic Reaction / Sensitivitiy can happen at anytime and whilst a patch test can be used to in some cases identify Allergies / Sensitivities, a patch test will not provide conclusive results therefore cannot be relied on. If you choose to have a patch test, it is your responsibility to contact me and organise this prior to making a booking as it is subject to availability. Wether you have or have not had a patch test, It is important for you to understand that you are proceeding at your own risk and that an Allergy / Sensitivity can develop over time and at any time. Please note that if you waive your patch test you are obliged to communicate this in your consent form. I do not offer refunds for Allergic Reactions/Sensitivities.
PAYMENT / BOOKING FEE
All bookings require a 50% non refundable booking fee to be paid when making a booking. The remaining 50% cost of your appointment must be paid prior to starting your treatment on the day. Payment can be made by either correct cash or card ($3 card surcharge).
RESCHEDULING / CANCELLATION / LATE
I understand that sometimes unexpected things can happen and you can no longer attend your appointment. Although the booking fee is non-refundable, if you let me know via phone at least 48 hours prior to your appointment I will be happy to reschedule you for a date within 2 weeks of your original appointment so you don’t forfeit your booking fee. Cancellation will forfeit your booking fee. If you are going to be running a couple of minutes late please let me know. If you have not arrived 15 minutes after your appointment time, your appointment will be cancelled resulting in the loss of your booking fee.
REFUNDS
As you are paying for a service, I do not offer refunds. However I want you to be 100% happy with your service, so if for any reason your not and you believe it to be from a fault of my workmanship or products, please contact me via text with photos within 48 hours of your appointment so we can address your concerns as quickly as possible. If I find there is a chance it could be a fault with either my product or workmanship, the Client can return to the service location within 5 days of the original appointment and if the claim can be validated I will offer a complimentary fix. With the treatments I provide I always have you inspect your results before leaving, this is the best time to identify any adjustments you'd like / faults you see with the treatment as after the appointment it can be due to many other factors out of my control such as Improper aftercare, Environmental factors and the Chemical makeup of the Individual.
