Please remember:
• You are selecting a one-day window; cleanings are completed in geographical order between 9AM to ~6PM. We do not know the precise arrival time in advance. If you require a specific time, please contact us directly for alternate arrangements.
• You do not have to be present during service, but we'll let you know when we're on the way via email and you'll see verification photos linked on your invoice before paying.
• Availability is always weather dependent. High wind, heavy rain, or frozen debris will occasionally force rescheduling to future available dates.
FREEZING WEATHER: Once overnight lows fall into the 20's, the bottom layer of debris in your gutters freezes to the interior. It usually takes consecutive days above freezing for this bond to thaw enough to remove without causing damage or leaving behind significant debris. We simply cannot operate on these days.
We are now in our winter season; but not for much longer!
