After you secure your appointment, your optician will send you a questionnaire and will make a curated selection of frames based on your features, visual needs, and expressive wants.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, we would appreciate 24 hours advance notice in order to free up your appointment time for other clients.

Cyber fittings mimic our in-store consultations and conversations in the virtual world and give you a chance to consult with an expert optician face-to-face online. These appointments require an initial, non-refundable fee of $50 to cover the cost of your fitting and shipping to + from your home.

Time to pick up your amazing new specs! Initial adjustments of your new frame, confirm accuracy of new RX, or first time progressive or multi-focal wearer.

Life happens and sometimes glasses get in the way. Whatever happened we will implement all our tools and knowledge to best address your repair in the most permanent and cost effective way available. In the case a repair isn’t possible we will give you all the tools you need to make an informed decision on how to best move forward with your broken frames.

This option is for anyone who is a first time prescriptive lens wearer or for some who might need further assistance with their prescription or customized lenses. This appointment can be done virtually or in person.

This appointment is for anyone who has already had a Virtual Fitting with us and would like further consultation on their selection.

This option is for a quick drop-off or pick-up and does not include any type of service appointment. This should be initiated by your optician first when returning Virtual Fittings or dropping off/picking up repairs at our storefront, located at 1555 Sunset Blvd in Echo Park.
