Join this unique, holistic six week group run by a pediatric and maternal health occupational therapist to:

- Develop baby's skills
- Make tummy time and play with baby easy
- Learn how to look after your body and mind as a parent
- Address common parenting concerns such as baby sleep patterns, teething, introducing solids, digestion and feeding issues
