In-person appointments: In-person appointments can include both acupuncture and herbal medicine, and are located at 86 Henry St, Amherst, MA. Patients should be aware of special protocols in place to reduce transmission of infectious disease. Most notably, please arrive wearing a mask (required by the state of MA), and don't come if you have flu-like symptoms. After you make the appointment, you will receive an email with additional details - please read it carefully.

Virtual/telemedicine appointments: This consists of herbal consultations only - no acupuncture. After you make the appointment, you will receive instructions regarding how to meet with me via Zoom. If I prepare herbal medicine for you, you can pick it up in Amherst or I can mail it to you. Note that I am currently only accepting telemedicine appointments for patients who have seen me or Sharon W. before. If you haven't seen either of us, please see me in person for the first visit.

For all appointments: Payment is required when you schedule your appointment. If you cancel your appointment, you will receive a full refund only if you cancel at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time (exceptions granted only in emergencies, including health problems and snow). Please allow a few days for me to process the refund.
