Explore mindfulness practices, including visualization, noticing thoughts and feelings, breathing and stretching. We learn to activate curiosity to explore various emotions through improv games, movement and writing exercises. We use movement, imagination and play to discover and learn to appreciate all of our emotional self. No previous writing or improv experience is required. We use a lot of impromptu exercises and writing for exploring our emotions and openly share what we write.
