Since the pandemic, many things have changed. Here are a few changes as well as protocols that I am choosing to follow right now.
~ I am in a new office, both temporarily, and indefinitely. Address is: 221 Middle Rd. Cumberland Maine 04021. (make sure to plug in Cumberland when using a GPS. There are multiple Middle Roads.)
~ This is a beautiful yurt on a friends property designed for bodywork.
~ I am offering bodywork on Friday's only through the summer.
~ I highly recommend that you book a consult in tandem with your apt. This way we can catch up before you come in.
~ I will meet you outside the yurt to check-in so the talking can happen in fresh air without masks and at a distance.
~ I will be wearing a mask once you enter the yurt.
~ I will ask you to wear your mask in a way that protects us both from water molecules spreading from our mouths as we speak, but also is as comfortable as possible for you during your massage session.
~ I am leaving time between each client to clean all surfaces that the client and myself interact with.
~ I am offering 90min sessions only, which include check-in/out conversation. We can discuss what areas of your body want attention and any other vital information you want to share, including what boundaries are important to you at this time.
~ 90 min session are offered on a sliding scale ($125-$150)
~ I highly recommend scheduling more than one session if you want some regularity, because my schedule is so limited and will get filled fast.
~ Absolutely reschedule, if you are not feeling well.
~ Pay same day with PayPal, check, or cash.
