During this nurturing 60 minute treatment you will be lying on a heated reclining chair and the use of smooth, natural, heated basalt stones will be incorporated into massage techniques to gently warm your lower legs and feet, penetrating even the deepest layers of muscle.

This treatment combines the benefits of Clinical Hypnotherapy and Reflexology. During your treatment you’ll listen to a hypnotherapy track which I’ve pre-recorded, whilst I work through the reflex points on your feet. You can choose from support for: Anxiety, Stress or Self Confidence.
