We designed our childbirth classes to give you the information, skills, and confidence you need to have an empowering birth experience. Our goals are to help you understand the birth process, iron out your birth preferences and coping techniques, and know when to let them go.

All indoor classes require vaccination or 48-hour Covid negative and masks until further notice. We want to keep you safe!
