A time to relax your mind and move your body in community with other pregnant people. Class includes breathing techniques, a sequence of gentle movements, a bit of strength training, and ends in a short meditation. Leave class feeling more connected with your baby and your own body. This weekly class is suitable for all trimesters and all levels of yoga experience.
