COVID-19 Message:
Everyone, including myself, is highly encouraged to wear a face mask! All equipment will be properly sanitized after each client. If you are sick in any type of way (including allergies) please reschedule or cancel your appointment.
If no availability appears, that means I am booked for that day! My calendar opens the 15th of each month. (Ex. The month of June will open May 15th.)
HAIR PREPARATION:
***I DO NOT PROVIDE HAIR! ***
I will send a text with which hair you will need for the service after you book your appointment. So please be sure to use a valid cell phone number for contact information.
Please arrive with hair washed, detangled, fully dried, and free of any products. If your have a product preference, please bring and I will apply them. I am allergic to coconut, so I ask you not to bring any products containing coconut.
If you would rather me wash your hair, please add on “Braid Prep Service” to your appointment.
Hair must be at least 3 inches long.
LATE/NO CALL/NO SHOW/CANCELLATIONS
Please plan to make it to your appointment on time. I will give a 10 minute grace period, but you must text me to let me know in advance that you may be running late. If you exceed the grace period, your appointment will be cancelled (Please keep in mind Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE). If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so 24 hours in advance. You will only be able to reschedule 1 time with the same deposit after that you will need to cancel the appointment and rebook.
**last minute bookings will be charged a service fee of $45 in addition to service charge
PAYMENTS
A NON-REFUNDABLE 10% deposit is required for all appointments and goes towards total balance. Remaining balance can be paid using cash or card on the day of your service. All cash will be marked for authenticity.
