At this time, our Center is open to our community, making every effort to minimize exposure and reduce transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) to our clients and staff. All of our clients are treated with care and safety as we follow CDC guidelines for screening people, practicing social distancing, and staff members maintaining regular hand-washing and continuous cleaning and disinfecting of our Center.
We are asking screening questions prior to and at the time of our appointments to identify those who are at risk of COVID-19. To safeguard our staff and clients, only one person will be allowed in the clinic at a time.
It is important to stay home if you are sick to prevent spreading the virus. Please help us protect our vulnerable population by answering these questions before coming in for your appointment:
Do you have any symptoms?
Coughing, fever, shortness of breath, chills, loss of sense of smell/taste, or lower respiratory infection symptoms?
Have you had potential exposure?
If yes, where? Have you traveled Internationally or COVID-19 affected areas?
Have you had close contact with anyone who has or is suspected of having Covid-19?
If you answer YES to any of the above questions, please call the Center so we can assess risk and make appropriate referrals. If our staff assesses you to be at risk, you will be asked to schedule your appointment to a future date for the safety of our staff and patients.
