Deposits/Booking Fees
A nonrefundable $200 deposit is required to book and secure all establishment services. This fee will be deducted from the cost of the service. The initial fee should be paid via invoice by card or bank transaction.
The final payment is due at the beginning of the final day of the establishment.
Cancellations, Rescheduling & No call/No show
Appointments may be rescheduled 48 – 72 hours prior to set appointment by using the booking link. After rescheduling the same appointment two times you will be required to pay a nonrefundable $45 deposit to schedule.
Cancellations within 24 hours will be required to pay 50% of the appointment fee to reschedule.
No call/No show will be required to pay 100% of the appointment fee plus prepay the upcoming appointment.
Self-Scheduling
When scheduling via the booking link, please choose the appropriate category that suits your individual case (i.e. if its been 5 weeks since your last retightening book for 5 weeks, if it’s been 7, book for 7 etc.). There are different times allotted for each category and this allows me to give you the time I need to complete your service.
Late Policy
We should both respect each other’s time . If I am running late with the current client, I will inform you via text or phone call. If this causes you an inconvenience, I will honor your appointment time.
I allow a 15-minute grace period. If you are running more than 15 minutes late, please inform me via text or phone call. The amount of time for the appointment begins at the appointment time. If more time is needed to complete the service rescheduling may be required.
Transfer Clients
Transfer clients are required to pay a non-refundable $45 deposit to schedule. This is required for the initial appointment and the next 2 appointments scheduled. After the first 3 appointments normal scheduling will be permitted.
Hair must be washed 24-48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time and must be free of all products. Appointment will be rescheduled if the hair does not appear to be clean or has product in it.
