I'm a health sciences qualified nutritionist specialising in helping women and children. I promote only sustainable change methods to achieve a balance of happiness and health, and provide inspiring ideas and guidance to help my clients get there.
What I don't do: I do not focus on body weights, shapes or sizes, nor prescribe sudden changes where the initial shine has a tendency to wear off quickly - things like rigid meal plans, challenges, and cutting out foods or food groups for no good reason.
Food is an integral part of our lives so it's really important to foster the right kind of relationship with it. By doing so, other benefits tend to follow.
