Monthly fee is charged automatically each month for a total of 3 months.

All 12 sessions must be used within a 4 month period from the date of your first session.

Cancellation must be received prior to 30 days of their package renewal date.

If cancellation of package occurs prior to 30 days before the renewal date, a prorated refund will be honored for unused sessions minus the 30 days.
