Sweethearts & Paint- Paint Your Own Pottery Session

1 hour 30 minutes @ $40.00

Our studio has pottery that is ready made to paint. Bring your sweetheart or your friend for a relaxing time away to listen to music, paint and enjoy each others company. Our hour and a half session includes up to $40 of pottery but if you choose something more, you'll just pay the balance the day of your visit! This is not a clay workshop and is not instructor led. This is an on your own time to be creative and paint. We have mugs, plates, figurines and more to choose from.

Meets 1 time for 2-hours. Learn beginning hand building techniques and build your experience with each class you take. Enjoy a fun, structured environment. Finish your work when you return to glaze. Pottery made in class stays at the studio, has to dry and get fired, taking approx. 2-3 weeks. Up to 3 lbs of clay and first firing included. Glazing not included. Ages 16 years old & up.
We do not offer refunds after registration and any rescheduling needs to be done no less than 24 hours of your class.

These swoon worthy heart-shaped trinket boxes are a delight to create! In this adult handbuilding workshop, you'll use slab and coil techniques to craft your box and finish it off with personalized decorative textures. Let's create a paint palette together! We'll begin by rolling out a slab and shaping it to your liking. You'll hand-carve each paint well, and our instructors will be there to guide you every step of the way. We provide each student with up to 2lbs of clay and include first firing. Imagine sipping coffee on a slow morning from your very own handmade mug. Our instructor will teach the foundational basics of hand building a mug. Our popular clay dates are a great experience! During this instructor led time, you will each be guided in the process of making a hand built project and a piece on the pottery wheel! No experience is necessary and we will be with you along the way! We will be working with clay and it can be messy and fun! Price is all inclusive. You can bring your favorite beverage in a closed container. Please note: We do not offer refunds after registration or do any rescheduling within 24 hrs of the workshop.

This is a 1-hour themed session inspired by the story of the week and offers changing activities like clay, pottery painting or art. Enjoy creative bonding time in a fun, structured environment! All materials included. Ages 2-6 year olds. This registration is for one child and their adult.

What better way to kick off the new year than by saving money? In this mixed-age handbuilding workshop, you'll create your own piggy bank. Our skilled and friendly instructors will guide you step-by-step through the process-combining pinch pots, adding legs, ears, eyes, a coin slot, and even carving a hole in the belly for easy money withdrawals. 5 hours @ $165.00

Meets weekly for 1.25 hours for 4 weeks. Kids will create at the pottery wheel and learn hand building techniques as well as glazing at the end of their classes. This class can be continued monthly. $199 Monthly Unlimited Open Studio. Experience required. Completion of our monthly 4-week class is required. Open Studio Hours are subject to change but are available during studio business hours. During classes some areas may not be available. We do not allow anyone to teach in our studio other than Mud Hen Staff.
This option includes one bag of clay to start, a half kiln shelf of firing every 2 weeks and a half shelf space for storage. You may use studio tools or bring your own. Glaze is on your own. Please contact Jen with any questions! You do not need to reserve a time online but can call ahead.
Auto renews Monthly. You will need to cancel 15 days prior to renewal date. We also have a walk-in hourly rate available at $15/hour!
