Have you always wanted to try something different? This class introduces the wonderful world of harness driving! Lessons will cover both tacking, putting to, and navigating through obstacles with a cart. Lessons can also include introductory drill routines, cones courses, and trail rides. Drive time will be at least 30 minutes, as harnessing can take new-drivers time to master.

This class is for people who have some experiencing driving. Lessons will cover more complex activities, such as cones courses, drill routines, trails, and more. Drivers are expected to independently groom and tack their horses. Most of the scheduled time will be spent in the cart.

Ages: 7 - 12
This is the perfect place for your kid to start! Geared towards newbies, students learn how to take care, handle, and ride horses. Riding will be primarily walk with some trot. Riders will have assistances for grooming and tacking both English and Western. Lessons will have games and other mounted challenges. Parents/Guardians are NOT encouraged to participate. Ride time will be at least 30 minutes per lesson.

Ages: 7 - 13 years old
Appropriate for students who can clean/tack up their horse with minimal assistance, walk and trot unassisted. Students will be working on going over poles/jumps, cantering, and more demanding mounted exercises. Ride time will be at least 30 minutes, as some lessons will focus on more horse care/training.

This lesson group is intended for children between the ages of 10-16. Riders are expected to be able to walk and trot the entire arena with and without stirrups. Cantering and jumping can occur in lessons. Riders must be able to independently groom and tack up both English or Western. Riders are expected to help care for their horse before and after the lesson, as well as assist with other newer students in the barn. Ride time will be at least 30 minutes, as some lessons will focus on more ground work.

For riders 18+ years who still want to learn how to ride. Always wanted to ride, but never had the chance? Rode once may years ago, and want to ease back in? This is the class for you. Lessons focus on health and well-being, and are mostly walk with some trot. Students will learn how to tack up both English and Western, and engage in games, obstacles, and other activities to improve overall skill. At least 30 minutes in the saddle, as some classes will focus more on on-ground challenges and opportunies.

For ages 18+, this class is for adults comfortable with walk, trot, and canter, as well as low jumps (under 18".) Riders are expected to ride both English and Western, and interested in trying a variety of other equine activities. Lessons will focus on riding and horse philosophies, as well as maintenance and training. At least 30 minutes of the lesson will be mounted, as some lessons will focus more on on-ground handling and training.

Lesson designed for kids under the age of 5 who are very new to horseback riding, and are not ready to be off-leadline. This lesson requires parent participation, and the child will be on lead line for the entirety of the lesson at the walk. Most of the lesson will be spent walking around the wooded areas on the property.

Lesson designed for kids under the age of 7 who are new to horses. Lesson includes taking care of the ponies as well as riding. Parental participation required. Lesson is mostly on leadline at the walk.

For kids between 6-8 years old and some experience with horses. Responsible to clean and tack up their pony independently, as well as ride off-leadline for the majority of their lesson. Riders are expected to be able to walk/ trot for the duration of the lesson.
