Appointments require a non-refundable deposit - this cost will be deducted from your total at the end of your visit and does not reflect the cost of service fees or jewelry. Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, otherwise you will forfeit this deposit and will need to leave another when you book a new appointment.
You'll receive a reminder email/text 2 hours before your appointment with a link to our digital release forms; please fill that out before coming in.
Time slots are for one person - if multiple people are wanting to come in, each person needs a separate appointment.
Please remember to bring the appropriate, non-expired ID's with you; we cannot pierce, do certain consultations, or accept credit/debit card payments without it! For minors getting pierced, a photo ID is required for the minor, a parent/court-appointed legal guardian must be present, and the parent/guardian must also have photo ID.
We love pets, but we only allow service animals that are trained to perform tasks for people with disabilities to accompany those clients into the studio. The best place for pets is at home while you're getting pierced with us!
