Before booking, please familiarize yourself with the following information to make sure your experience is outstanding.

APPOINTMENT INFORMATION

• CALEDAR ONLY SHOWS WHAT IS AVAILABLE UP TO 30DAYS BASED ON SELECTED SERVICE/TIME FRAME. THE WHOLE MONTH MAY NOT BE OPENED.
• IF YOU ARE NEW TO STYLES BY CAMILLE LLC, YOU MUST SCHEDULE A CONSULTATION PRIOR TO BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT.
• Please come to your appointment prepared (i.e. hair ready to be serviced, detangled, free of any thing not necessary for your service). Unprepared clients will have appointments cancelled, any deposit paid forfeited AND/OR charged for additional time/service.
• Be sure to join our email listing to receive updates and important information.
• Prices are standard based and will increase based on length, density and detangling.
• If you haven't booked an appointment within 6 months you are now considered a NEW CLIENT, and will have to contact me to book your appointment.
• Please book ALL the services that you want as you will not be able to add services on, at, or before your physical appointment.
• Booking services means that you understand my policies on my websites, and acknowledge that you are responsible for your hair once you leave my chair.
• Any deposits paid are NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON TRANSFERABLE to another appointment. Deposits go towards final service price.
• THERE ARE NO REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!
• I DO NOT FIX ANOTHER STYLIST WORK. If I did not service your current style or create your custom unit, I will be unable to service you. Please book for another full new service.
• NO EXTRA GUEST ALLOWED DURING APPOINTMENT. IF YOU ARE NOT BEING SERVICED OR PICKING UP ORDERS, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE. PARENTS WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE AND RETURN WHEN CHILD IS DONE.
• PAYMENTS ACCEPTED: CASH, Apple Cash/Pay, ZELLE or debit/credit card (3% swipe fee)
• FINAL PRICE OF SERVICE IS BASED ON IN PERSON EVALUATION. PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE OR VARY BASED ON DESIRED SERVICE RENDERED.

SALON LATE POLICY

• ALL APPOINTMENTS, IF YOU ARE 10MINS LATE, YOU WILL INCUR A $15 LATE FEE.
• AFTER 15 MINUTES, YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELED AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED A MINIMUM OF $30 UP TO 50% OF SERVICE, AND ANY DEPOSITS FORFEITED.
• Please contact me to let me know you will have a late arrival!

SALON CANCELLATION/ NO SHOW POLICY

• If you have to cancel your appointment, do so 48 hours ahead of time. Anything after 48 hours will result in a minimum $30 fee up to 50% service fee, and any deposits paid forfeited.
• If you fail to make your appointment and do not cancel properly, you will be considered a NO CALL/NO SHOW, charged 50% of your service fee and will not be allowed to schedule future appointments.
• Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.

COLOR/CHEMICAL SERVICE (ADD-ON)

• IF YOU ARE REQUESTING A CHEMICAL/COLOR SERVICE ADDED ON TO YOUR MAIN SERVICE, PLEASE CONTACT CAMILLE PRIOR TO BOOKING
• If you have previous color on your hair not done with Camille, an evaluation will have to be done to determine the appropriate further actions.
• If you know what brand/type of color was used previously, please inform upon meeting Camille. THIS IS IMPERATIVE TO REDUCE ANY OVER PROCESSING AND FUTURE ISSUES WITH YOUR HAIR AND SERVICES.
• Everyone is not a candidate for color.
• I HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TO DO ANY CHEMICAL SERVICE I AM NOT COMFORTABLE DOING BASE ON CONSULTATION OR DONE OVER PER

BRAIDS AND EXTENSIONS POLICY

• All braiding services require at least 3-4 inches of hair to be serviced.
• Some services hair is included. Please read descriptions carefully.
• Kids are considered ages 4-9. Pricing is based on density and texture as well.
• Before purchasing any hair, please confirm with Camille prior to buying to ensure it is the type required.
• Bundles should be cleanse and free from any debris. I do not use old cut up pieces.
• Closures should be new and fresh
• Bundles can be purchased in advance from the Essence of Me Collection at

SISTERLOCK POLICIES

• Consultations are MANDATORY to book.
• If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please notify me at least 7 days after your deposit is paid, or your deposit will be forfeited, and an additional deposit will be required to reschedule. If you are going to be late, please let me know. Unless other arrangements have been made, if you are more than 30 mins late, your session will be cancelled, and your deposit forfeited. NO EXCEPTIONS!
• Remember everyones hair is different. This is your journey so please do not compare your installation or locks to another, or someone else's work that is not mine.
• Please bring the remaining balance owed in CASH To be paid at the end of your locking session. (If you use a card, you will be charged a 4% service fee to use). NO REFUNDS!
• I DO NOT TAKE OUT SISTERLOCKS.
• Come to your appointment with your hair CLEAN and free of any conditioners, oils or moisturizers.
• Please do NOT blow dry or straighten your hair in any way. Let the natural be real!
