• A valid credit card will be required when booking your appointment
REFUNDS: All refunds will be charged a (2.9% + $0.30) refund procfessing fee regardless of when the appointment is cancelled no exceptions.
• All NEW CLIENTS will be required to pay for the appointment scheduled upon booking (please SELECT the NEW CLIENT section when booking) BOOKING INCORRECTLY WILL RESULT IN YOUR APPOINTMENT BEING CANCELED AN A (2.9% + $0.30) REFUND PROCESSING FEE WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR REFUND.
• The credit card on file will be charged for no show appointments or any appointments canceled less than 48hours before your appointment start time.
• please make any and all changes to your appointment via your CONFIRMATION EMAIL 48 HOURS before your scheduled appointment time, No changes to your appointment will be made after this timeframe. We are not responsible for canceling your appointments.
• If for any reason, you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please do so at least 48 hours in advance via your confirmation email.
• what is the fee for a missed appointment? If you miss your appointment your credit card on file will be charged 100% of the services booked.
• If you are running more than 7 minutes late, we will do everything possible to accommodate your appointment. If we are unable to see you for your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged 100% of your service fee to the card used to book your appointment.
• by booking your appointment you are authorizing Sorella waxing & beauty bar to charge the credit card associated with your appointment for any no show appointments/late cancellations
