COVID -19 PRECAUTIONS
In an effort to go beyond the CDC guidelines the following procedures are in place to insure the safety of our clients and therapists at Partner To Heal offices.

- Treatment tables and chairs are sanitized with disinfectant after each client.
- All Pens and Clipboards are Sanitized before each client use.
- All linen and towels are washed and sterilized after each use.
PRIOR TO ARRIVAL:
If you answer yes to any of the following questions, please reschedule. There will be no fees charged for same day cancellations due to COVID-19 related conditions.
- Have you had a fever in the last 24 hours of 100°F or above?
- Do you know, or have you recently had, any respiratory or flu symptoms (including fever, chills, sore throat, cough, muscle aches, or shortness of breath)?
- Have you been in contact with anyone in the last 14 days who has been there diagnosed with COVID-19 or has coronavirus-type symptoms?
- Have you had a new loss of sense or taste or smell?
