• Rates are all-inclusive. Gratuity for exceptional service is welcomed but not necessary.
• Payment is required at time of booking.
• If you have received any vaccination or booster (of any type) within 48 hours prior to your appointment, please let us know so we can reschedule.
  
• There are 2 forms that are required to be submitted 1 day before your appointment (found in your reminder emails).
• FACE MASKS* ARE OPTIONAL - Wearing a face mask is strongly encouraged, however optional for clients and practitioners. *A face mask is only required if you or household members have attended crowded gatherings or traveled by plane, bus, or train in the last 7 days. Clients may request their practitioner to wear a face mask during their visit.
